Nickole Diaz is a passionate financial educator, community leader, and advocate for economic equity. As the Founder of Transformation Circle, a nonprofit rooted in financial literacy and empowerment, Nickole has dedicated her life to helping individuals and families—especially in underserved communities—break free from cycles of debt and build a pathway to generational wealth.

With years of experience as a Certified Financial Education Instructor and accountant, Nickole specializes in simplifying complex money topics and turning them into practical, actionable steps. From budgeting and credit repair to homeownership and entrepreneurship, she empowers people with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to take control of their financial futures.

Nickole’s commitment to transformation goes beyond finances. Through one-on-one coaching, youth and adult education programs, and large-scale events like the Invest In You: Financial Wellness Expo, she fosters change in every area of life—mindset, money, and mission.

She has been recognized among the Top 15 of the Entrepreneur’s Impact Program, honored as one of URBANE Magazine’s Finest, and continues to create innovative initiatives like the Faith & Finances Toolkit and The Prosperity Planner—a financial planner to help families create real financial change.

When she’s not leading workshops or creating transformative content, Nickole is mentoring future leaders, co-running a construction company that updates veterans’ homes, and showing communities that financial freedom is possible—no matter where you start.
